Plans are in the works for the 2019 Syracuse Area Music Awards. The two day event is scheduled for Thursday & Friday, March 7 & 8, 2019. Thursday, March 7, 2019, the SAMMY Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony will take place Upstairs @ the Dino. The SAMMY Award Show will be Friday, March 8, 2019, at the Palace Theater on James Street in Syracuse.
The SAMMYS is having a press conference at 10:00 am on Tuesday September 25, 2018, at Ish Guitars in Armory Square to announce 2019 dates and information.

2018 SAMMY Press Conference is scheduled for Tuesday at 10:00am February 6, 2018, at the Palace Theater in Syracuse. At that time, the nominees from 2017 recorded music submissions will be announced in their category, in addition to the 2018 Hall of Fame inductees.
